4.5 city888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to withdrawal, or in response to account activity that triggers AML or fraud review processes.
5.1 All funds on the city888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). city888 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, USDT TRC20, and CLiQQ, subject to availability at the time of transaction.
5.2 Deposits made using payment methods that do not belong to the registered Account holder may be declined or reversed. city888 does not accept third-party deposits.
5.3 Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. city888 will request a valid government-issued identity document (MyKad or passport) before processing the first withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending verification.

6.2 Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be converted to Real Money Funds or withdrawn. 10.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. city888 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
11.1 city888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 city888 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and licensing authorities as required by operational and regulatory obligations.
12.1 city888 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides tools accessible from all registered Accounts, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. 13.2 Where an Account is terminated other than for breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Funds balance held in the Account at the time of termination will be returned to the Player via the last used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
13.3 Players may close their Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within one business day. Closure of an Account does not affect any obligations that arose prior to closure.
